Dr. Bipin Jayani is the Chief Executive Officer of Vivanta The Kidney and Surgical Super Multi Speciality Hospital, bringing with him more than 15 years of extensive experience in hospital administration, healthcare management and strategic leadership.
He has worked for over 10 years at the renowned Dhameliya Kidney Hospital, Surat, where he gained wide exposure in managing specialty care and advanced surgical services. He gained invaluable experience working alongside Surat’s leading urologists — Dr. Arvind Dhameliya, Dr. Ketan Rupala and currently Dr. Sagar Katudiya. This rich clinical exposure, combined with his strong administrative skills, shaped his ability to deliver excellence in both patient care and hospital operations.
For the past 3 years, he has also been serving as CEO of Vedanta The Kidney and Surgical Hospital, a position he continues to hold.
Dr. Jayani also holds wide knowledge of NABH accreditation processes since 2018, ensuring that hospitals under his leadership maintain the highest national standards in quality, safety and patient care.
Along with hospital leadership, Dr. Jayani has in-depth expertise in cashless hospital empanelment, corporate panel tie-ups and healthcare networking, making him well-recognized in the Surat medical community.
Clinically, he has served as an Assistant Urologist in the Urology Department OPD and for the past 2 years, he has been offering part-time free Urology OPD services at Patel Social Group of Kidney Hospital, Hirabaug, Surat, as part of his commitment to community healthcare.
Under his visionary leadership, Vivanta has grown into a leading super multi-speciality hospital, known for its clinical excellence, patient satisfaction and operational efficiency.

I wish to take this opportunity to share with you my vision of providing world-class health services to the people of South Gujarat.
This journey began in 2011, when I started working as an Assistant Urologist at Dhameliya Kidney Hospital, with a promise to deliver quality care based on strong foundations of ethics and affordability. From those modest beginnings, my practice steadily grew in strength and reputation, earning the trust of patients, colleagues and the community.
With the blessings of God and the support of my parents, colleagues, friends and well-wishers, I went on to establish VEDANTA The Kidney and Surgical Hospital, which soon became a trusted centre for advanced urological care.
In 2021, we made a significant leap forward by transforming into a multi-specialty hospital, extending our services to patients of all ages. This expansion strengthened our ability to deliver holistic healthcare through modern facilities, advanced treatments and the unwavering dedication of our medical and non-medical teams.
Encouraged by this success, in 2024 we proudly inaugurated a new, state-of-the-art facility — VIVANTA The Kidney and Surgical Hospital, at Mota Varachha, Surat – a well-known and rapidly developing area also regarded as the “heart of Surat.” For the first time in the history of Mota Varachha, we introduced GreenLight Thulium Laser technology, bringing cutting-edge urological care to the community’s doorstep.
In fact, in the history of Gujarat, The Kidney and Surgical Hospital has set a milestone by becoming the first Super-Speciality Urology (Kidney) Hospital in Surat, offering all urology facilities under one roof.
We are empanelled with all mediclaim companies – from Government PSUs to private insurers – along with the PMJAY–Ayushman Bharat scheme.
In line with our core values of ethics and affordability, we remain committed to ensuring that no patient is deprived of treatment due to financial constraints. For those needy patients who do not possess an Ayushman Card or any insurance coverage, we extend our care by providing completely free surgery – right from admission to discharge – including:
